QiGong can be described as a meditation for the body, or health through movement. It is beneficial for relaxation, fitness and longevity. It is rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and consists of movements which improve posture and balance. It brings many health benefits, including well-being, energy and a strengthening of the immune system.
